Hose

Replaced this hose on the Jag today, it split on Monday but fortunately I had the repair bandage so managed to get home.

Tyres

Got some tyres for the Fiat to use at Harewood - bought from eBay but one is more worn than described - complaint lodged.

New coat

Nice new coat purchased online from Timberland, cold day so great to get it today!

Travel

Lots of travel today, first across a frozen river in Kiev 

Then at Borispol airport

Next stop was Zurich airport

 Then finally a plane back to Heathrow

IIB and Hotel Krakow

Didn't go anywhere again today other than the college and hotel, hotel on left of picture, college on the right.

And it was cold again.

Arrived at the hotel in Kiev and they still have a Christmas tree up.

At CIM Moor Hall again but the first time I have stayed in a refurbished bedroom.

Burnham Beeches

Been at the Burnham Beeches hotel for a meeting today, forgot to take a photo so this is one from the hotel website.

New blender

New blender arrived today, had to get one as we have been using Lisa's and she moved out today. Hope the Bamix is as good as the reviews say!

Work!

Couldn't walk far as my foot is still sore so I finished the first marking I had to do, packaged ready to send away now.

Fail!

I didn't take a photo today, foot hurting all day so about all I did was go to see the out of hours doctor who was located at Pontefract Hospital, photo pinched from somewhere else.

Great sunrise this morning, seen whilst hobbling round the field with the dog. Turned out to be a nice day though.

Painful

Not sure what has happened to my foot but it has swollen and been very painful today.

Less than feared

Got my car back from having the rear wheel bearings sorted and the bill was less than expected, wish it hadn't needed doing though

Great meal at Bibis in Leeds with Suzy and Lisa this evening

Sheepskin

Got the sheepskin coat Dad gave me back from the cleaners today, don't know how many years it us since it was last cleaned but it looks much better!

I've already got a model of this but got this one via eBay today to have on my desk and hopefully grow to full size!

Went to Bowes Museum as Suzy wanted to see the Laura Ashley exhibition and it finished today on her birthday

Wind deflection

I finally got round to fitting the wind deflector I bought a few weeks ago via eBay for the Jag - it certainly cuts down the breeze in the car.

Great weather for ducks!

Went to Knaresborough to help collect donations for Henshaws Society for the Blind at the duck race on the river, lots of ducks but very poor weather.
