Not really - but this is the sink we intend to put in the new bathroom.

Roofing

Watching how the timber is fitted to a roof on a neighbours house was hopefully a useful learning experience for when we eventually get round to doing our barn.

Misty

Fete de la Crepe

I thought this was a fabulous crepe maker which we saw at the Fete de la Crepe in Gourin.

Sausages!

Quite a selection of dried sausages on a stall on Carhaix market.

Compost Mountain

Having cut most of the grass we now have a compost heap in the corner of the garden which is a bit on the large side!

St Hernin

We visited St. Hernin to see the Mairie and then had a walk around - a really pretty little town/village

Spring Water

The natural spring and pool beside the track which runs opposite our house but a couple of miles North along it - nicely sheltered to provide cool, fresh water.

New bed

The new to us bed bought from the trogg with a matress and quilt and everything - almost like having a real house!

Veranda going

We have begun to dismantle the veranda so the glass can be replaced, wood added and a whole load more - a long way to go yet!

Cobweb

Cobwebs on the lawn showing up with the early morning dew and sunlight (and long grass!)

Back in France

On the Autoroute travelling across France to the house, not bad, I only left on Monday!

Elite

I haven't seen a Lotus Elite for a while - this one is very local to me and nice to see quite good condition too!

Varied Racing

Not all the cars entered fall into the usual views of race cars at the Le Mans classic - this Saab being one of them. The driver was pushing it very hard as can be seen.

Night racing

One of the better pictures I took whilst watching the racing late in the evening. Ferrari Daytona during it's first race in the Le Mans classic.

Le Mans Bentley

Not much to say, just one of the many magnificent cars in the paddocks at Le Mans for the Classic race

Maison Blanc

The house which Steve McQueen stops outside in the film Le Mans - it is near the start of the film once he arrives at the circuit. The house is unfortunately looking delapidated now.

Wet Harewood

At Harewood for the Motor Racing Hillclimb - unfortunately the weather wasn't very good, but it did improve eventually. A good day out though.
